The FastReceive Wireless Bar Code-Based Inventory Receiving System provides fast and accurate order receiving functionality using the latest wireless technology.  Industry standard spread-spectrum connectivity allows your staff to be more productive and eliminate double entry and tedious manual key entry of data.   

The FastReceive server, located at your facility, communicates wirelessly with durable, compact, lightweight RF-based bar code terminals running the Windows Mobile operating system.  These units access your purchase order data through the Server, which also communicates with your PeopleSoft, Geac/Infor, Lawson, SAP, Eclipsys, Oracle or similar system.  Your staff may now record receiving data directly at the point of receiving, without generating reams of paper or leaving the immediate area of the receiving dock! 

FastReceive allows line item receiving or receiving by exception for most efficient operation.  Partial order receipts and incomplete line item receipts are also supported. 

Received items may be recorded by bar code scan or by selection from a displayed list on the bar code unit.  Manufacturer’s bar codes may be scanned and converted to your internal item numbers, or bar coded receiving documents may be generated.  The system reads all popular bar code symbologies, including the HIBCC standards. 

Received items are posted onto your purchasing/receiving system directly from the FastReceive server.  The FastReceive server manages all transactions and conversions from the formats used by your existing Geac/Infor, PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP, Oracle or similar system. 

FastReceive is designed to quickly integrate into any existing inventory system to provide fast, accurate receiving right at the point of entry for your incoming goods.  FastReceive is also available in a batch communications version.
