The Delivery Express System provides fast and accurate tracking functionality using the latest in portable data collection technology.  Incorporate efficient, accurate, and easy-to-use bar code/wireless technologies to aid your staff in tracking patient orders and other items across your facility.  The Delivery Express System can also be linked to Verify™ to record the preparation and delivery of IVs throughout the hospital.

Delivery Express allows you and your team to easily track your patient medication orders (and all other pharmacy items) throughout your facility, or optionally to any off-site destination. The system utilizes powerful portable units (PDADs) with optional signature capture capability and integrated bar code scanner, running the Windows Mobile Operating System.  An on-screen process on the PDAD directs the user through the delivery process.  As the item arrives at a tracking point, its bar code is scanned and its current location/status is recorded.  As the item travels to a different location, the new information is automatically updated in the system, and is readily available for viewing. Our special Status Board allows anyone with access to the system to view, in real time, the status of that order/item.
